Program: Mixed use urban development in Washington DC sub-market. Project included land development for 16 acre site, 1700 space underground garage, 1 acre plaza/ice rink and adjacent 1 acre county park. Four five story buildings with 300,000 square feet of urban retail shops and restaurants on levels one and two, and 504 high end apartments above.
