Project Description:  New Construction of an AC Hotel and Vertical Mixed-Use Project in Clark County Nevada.  The project is across the street from the new Las Vegas Raiders football stadium. The building is a 2 story over grade concrete podium with service space, retail/restaurant and arrival at grade, upper level reception, hotel BOH, potential second floor retail/restaurant and a large pool deck/entertainment area overlooking the stadium site.  Hotel guestrooms will start on level 3 story with 10 levels of rooms, with a private (hotel use only) rooftop pool, sundeck and bar.  The grade level and upper level F&B/Retail will contain 35,000 sf. in addition to the required Marriott AC food service. A 600 space parking deck will adjoin the building to the west to serve the hotel, F&B, retail and event parking.  

Services: DMG provided design, entitlement and land use management services through Site Plan approval.
