Quality Management of Real Estate Development, Redevelopment and Renovation Projects

“As Program Manager for the development of the Downtown Columbia, Maryland master plan, Development Management Group managed a complex and evolving design, planning, political, corporate and development project. We owe a great deal of the success of this project to Brian Spencer. We are pleased that DMG will continue to provide us with project management and entitlement consulting services for the implementation phase program.”
