Brian J. Spencer, Principal
Brian Spencer is the owner and principal of Development Management Group LLC and Development Management Group – San Diego LLC. His years of hands-on experience include the development of new real estate projects and the redevelopment and renovation of existing properties. Through the direct management of all project design and construction elements, his experience includes construction, design management, zoning and entitlements, schedules, capital budgets and cost controls. Since 1980, Brian has successfully completed work on more than 21 million square feet of mixed-use, hospitality, office, multi-family residential, and shopping centers, including regional malls, lifestyle and festival marketplace centers and specialty retail/restaurant/entertainment centers.
