Project Description: Mixed-use development near downtown Boston.  Project includes 2.8 million square feet of office/lab space including Partners Healthcare, more than 635,000 square feet of retail—including restaurants, a 12-screen movie theater, a Legoland Discovery Center  — and 1,800 residential units, plus a six-acre park along the Mystic River.  An MBTA Orange Line T-Station provides easy access to Boston.  Phase 1 opened 2016
