110 acre site located in the Cummings Research Park comprised of 550,000 square feet of retail development, a 150,000 square foot office building and a 210-room Westin Hotel including 74 luxury residences. Site work includes a ten acre lake with boating and gondola rides.

Provided project and construction management services (in cooperation with Advisors, LLC.) Managed and coordinated the efforts of two separate base building, site and structured parking deck contractors. Developed and implemented strategic site and building construction phasing plans for more than a dozen separate buildings in order to achieve very aggressive grand opening dates.
