The Westin Hotel and Conference Center in McKinney Texas was a joint venture between the City of McKinney and O&S Holdings of Beverly Hills California. The program included a 210 room Westin Hotel with adjoining 35,000 sf conference center, spa and full service restaurant. DMG provided preconstruction development, design and program management services through budget preparation.
