Located on the last development parcel of the Village of Shirlington mixed-use development one exit south of the Pentagon on I-395 in Arlington Virginia, the Hilton Garden Inn opened in December 2009.
DMG represented the owner, Huntington Hotel Group of Irving, Texas as their development Program Manager providing full service program management for final ground lease negotiations, zoning entitlement, design management, construction management, FF&E and commissioning. The Hilton Garden Inn was the first hotel in Arlington County to achieve USGBC LEED certification and was awarded a LEED Silver certificate in August 2010.
