Brian Spencer is the owner and manager of Development Management Group. His twenty-nine years of hands-on experience includes the development of new real estate projects and the redevelopment and renovation of existing properties. Through the direct management of all project design and construction elements, his experience emphasizes construction, design management, zoning and entitlements, schedules, capital budgets, and cost controls. Brian has successfully completed work on more than eleven million square feet of office buildings, multi-family residential projects, and shopping centers, including regional malls, marketplace centers, and specialty retail/restaurant/entertainment centers.
