Project Description:  A new 147 room Homewood Suites Hotel in Sunnyvale California.  The site contains 95 below grade parking spaces and 1.5 acres of land improvements.  The first floor includes a custom lobby, kitchen and buffet area, outdoor seating and a pool.  Above the pedestal will be a Guest BBQ terrace and amenity deck, guestrooms and three more floors of guestrooms above grade.  Completed in Fall 2020.

Services: DMG provided design, entitlement and land use management services through Planning Board and Site Plan approval, design management, specialty vendor and FF&E management and Construction Management through commissioning and turnover.
